She could have shown me how to on my phone and sent me along the way but she walked me through it and made sure I was squared away! Which is a great help for my anxiousness, I left here knowing I was taken care of so it’s a good start to the week (instead of wondering if I did my end correctly and worrying all week). Thanks Liz!

- DADebanhi AlmaguerMar 26, 20211.0I made an appointment for today and when I got there I was told that I need to wait, I asked why since that's the reason you made an appointment so you can get service, I needed to make a wire transfer, after 20 minutes waiting i asked what's going on with the service I requested, a teller told me they don't know and I needed to wait, that is so rude, i counted 6 people (staff) around and 4 women were talking and laughing loud without doing anything, i was advise not to come to this specific brand since they are careless and rude and today i convinced myself, I do not recommend this branch to anyone, i went to CHASE and they helped me out without an appointment, I'm going to close all my accounts with Wells Fargo and go with CHASE. I need to do business with a place that really cares about customers need. I DO NOT RECOMEND WELLS FARGO AT ALL
