I told her I was pressed for time yet she kept asking me questions that could have been easily asked in person at our appointment or pulled from my online application. She was very rude and not friendly. I told her just cancel my appointment and I ended the call. I will no longer do business with Wells Fargo because of this interaction with Crystal Coby. I’ve been a personal customer for 20 years.
