I had used the branch drive-up island atm to deposit a post office issued money order that was flagged by the ATM as missing information.
We were sure the information was on there, having gone back to the originating post office and seeing the other half of the money order. First we called and they told us the process for when they deny a deposit. This was my pay for two weeks, and we are not able to squeak by in these trying times so we decided to go in the branch and figure out how a bank would reconcile an error with a customer's financial interaction.
Marlene greeted us (Hi Marlene!!). We explained the situation and Marlene gave us the same, no can do answer that possibly she did on the phone. I impressed upon her that there is no way a customer should expect for their bank to not go to bat for them over simple document reconciliation. Finally Marlene got the picture and called up the ATM servicer that she said absolve WF of all responsibility with my pay documents. They explained the error and sent her a black and white printout as well. She then proceeeded to use industry jargon about "non negotiable" procedures, but failed to tell me how they were going to physically verify that my money order was fraudulently issued.
I explained why it is important for our family that we try, as this money order was covering rent and expenses in hard times and the turn around time on not physically reconciling my document could be MONTHS. Marlene said that that wasn't important. So I told her to remember that when something so impactful (that could obviously be reconciled quickly) happened to her. We walked out. Frustrated and ready to quit.

I went to Well Fargo this morning to deposit money into the business account but did not bring my ATM card, I showed my ID & account information but she did not do it & said I did not understand everything. I am Vietnamese so I do not speak English well. But the staff did not try to help me, I even gave her my phone and asked her to speak to translate but she seemed annoyed so I could not make the transaction. Then I went home to get my card and came back to deposit money. It took me a lot of time but what made me dissatisfied was the service attitude of the staff. They did not try to support customers even though there were not many customers this morning.

10/24 /2023 my experience was good overall the lady that’s not really there the one that rotates in branches was the one doing the greeting asking questions to help us find a solution . while another lady at the register that only speaks English was so rude and will speaker over you and get frustrated so fast to the point that we can even tell .

The lady banker kay kelly racism us. We appointment and come before some people, they said i before 2 people right there. But after they kick us out, service for 2 white people come after me first. Finally i last one still waiting with baby hungry. Wait long time and go home with no thing.

Everytime I come to this location everything takes an unnecessary long time and I don't feel like I was helped. I came in today to open a savings account and was told I had two people in front of me and it shouldn't take long. I put my name on the paper. 5 people and an hour and a half later and they still have not helped me.
