We have been banking with Wells Fargo for a long time with personal and business accounts. Came there today for a notary. The office was not even busy. After 20 mins waiting, a personal banker greeted us with a cold face, asked us wait then took off. We waited for a while and decided to go to Region Bank across the street and got help in 2 minutes with the most welcoming smile. Improvement is absolutely needed!!!

I provided the correct account number for a payment, but she entered it incorrectly and never confirmed the number with me, which resulted in the payment being processed incorrectly. Now I’m dealing with stress, phone calls, and delays over a mistake that was not mine. It’s very concerning that such important information isn’t double-checked with the customer before submitting a transaction. This experience has made me lose confidence in the reliability of the branch staff.
