- DTD C (Tttt)Nov 8, 20251.0Refused to give me large sums of money because of a "signature issue." I had two forms of ID and two bank cards but these people gave me a hard time.

First is was an issue going through the drive through she didn't know the largest amount I could take out and she is a manager and requested me to come in. Once got in and after 20 mins she couldn't release and of my funds to me. I have never had this problem with any other Wells Fargo and the only reason I couldn't get my funds from my home branch is because the lights are off do to work being done. Very disappointed because I have a full busy schedule and very unfortunate you can get money out of your own account and have a person who doesn't know something as simple the largest amount you can get out. This location I would not recommend.

- RWRachel WinstonNov 18, 20161.0Just left this bank in attempt to cash a large check written out to me that came from a Wells Fargo Bank. I was working with a rude teller by the name of Isaac W. He took my check and ID and then went off to have side bar conversations with two other employees and finally his bank manager. He never told me what the issue was or what he was checking on. Then Isaac and the bank manager returned and I was told they could not cash the check. The only explanation I recieved is they can't cash "this type of check". Mind you this came directly from the bank manager. How can you not cash your own check??? Funny how I went directly to Wells Fargo on Hwy 6 afterwards and they were able to cash "this type of check." Just another day of banking while black. I'll never go back to this location.
