- NMNora MartinezJul 26, 20251.0Went to open an account today but the gentleman that was there rude and they would not let me or my significant other use the bathroom since it wasnt a public restroom.had to walk to mc.donalds next door to use the restroom.had to wait for about 45 minutes just for them to tell me that they couldn't help me .bad service and bad hospitality.
