- NMNora MartinezJul 26, 20251.0Went to open an account today but the gentleman that was there rude and they would not let me or my significant other use the bathroom since it wasnt a public restroom.had to walk to mc.donalds next door to use the restroom.had to wait for about 45 minutes just for them to tell me that they couldn't help me .bad service and bad hospitality.
- SBSara BeattySep 13, 20241.0VERY BAD SERVICE especially the EMPLOYEE ERICA is an indiscreet person and not at all professional she asks personal questions that are not her concern it is not the first time she serves me and she always does the same thing I am very upset with her service that's why I withdrew all my money and I went to TRUIST BANK!!! The service there is excelente with profesional employees and they always respect the customers for now on is my favorite bank where my money is safe and secure

- MGMohammad GharaibehMar 2, 20231.0This is the closest branch to where I live and me and my wife and the family been with wells Fargo for over 25 years and we have businesses account and personal accounts with Wells Fargo but the last couple years I believe every since this manager came to this branch she been so difficult on us she trying hard to make everything thing hard today we came to open a new account there and there was no customer but one on the counter and the other bankers where doing nothing Long story short she refused to take us I could call the 800 number and make her take us (I have done it before twice with her ) but I rather to go to other branch where I find respect and wonderful customer service The Other branches they was helpful they took us easily and everything thing was smooth and respectful I think Wells Fargo should take a consideration about this manager because the losing a lot customers
