- LLLugaSep 5, 20241.0Terrible customer service not just this bank but all the phone lines stink, credit card deportment is terrible. If you ever have a problem they will transfer your call 5+ times then hang up on you. Garbage, work with any other bank.

- EOEverybody's Got OneSep 14, 20193.0On the third floor at the bridge between two towers, it isn't easy to find. And it's annoying to be questioned every time I make a deposit of less than $20. Between the check and the deposit slip, they have all the information they need. If I deposited the same item by photo or by transfer from another bank they wouldn't question me at all. I go to a branch because I want a paper receipt, and I don't get that from any other procedure. Why I bank that way is my concern, not theirs.
