- AHAnthony HernandezOct 28, 20251.0This branch has got to be the worst in the area. From the long wait times, to the unfriendly & rude employees, it just isn’t what Wells Fargo used to be. I’ve joined a credit union and the difference is night and day - Wells Fargo has really gone downhill recently. We reached out to their social media team regarding a poor experience but instead they wanted to argue with us & essentially take no accountability. I’ll be closing all of my accounts soon and will be glad when I do.
