- ELElizzy LueDec 1, 20251.0I walked in and it was a Spanish lady and man standing at the front, she was more concerned with the Christmas decorations than helping me. I then proceeded to tell her I needed help on opening an account because it denied me online. Now I’m already a member of NFCU so I know it shouldn’t be a reason why I couldn’t open an account here. The lady looked at me and said it’s because we run credit and that’s why you probably got denied. Like lady let’s bffr you assumed I had bad credit because I was black. What if it was identity theft etc etc. what if it was fraud when ppl use your information on the black market. You didn’t even try to help you just assumed. I won’t ever come back to this bank again SMH. Do better!!!!
