  First of all, thank you so much to Daniel for taking over this situation and helping me get my notary. I really appreciate what he did And this negative review has absolutely nothing to do with him. I give him five stars. If you were ever planning on going to this location for an appointment, please request Daniel.As a previous personal banker, I would always go out my way to help my customers to make things convenient for them. I came in to get a notary on a grant application The page number started at three, but the first two pages were just Two pictures not the actual application itself. Veronica still requested that I had the first two pages even though they were not numbered, and you wouldn’t be able to tell if they were actually belonging to the document itself. On top of that, the part that we were notarizing was only for that section of the document. If I were in this situation and felt like I needed to have the first two pages Even though they are not numbered, and there is no way to verify if that is actually the first two pages, I would’ve just went and print them out for the customer. Instead, she was lazy and just told me she cant do it. I had to go across the street and pay $3.40 to get the page printed out. When I came back 5 mins from closing she was in the break room but Daniel was available and he helped me do the notary.

  Customers rush to get there first in line. One time an aggressive person with dreads tried to assault me. Workers there can’t help with anything because they’re not informed of the basic things they offer. I have spent 2 exhausting years at the bank trying to get them to close an account. They love to add interest on every single thing you do so you can’t close an account. Basic 5th grade tasks they can do but if you get into a mess with them such as a loan they will try to have you pay for it as long as they can. Be very careful dealing with this bank.

  being going to this branch forever since i live in the area! they wont deposit my check without an explanation. i guess they need a new manager. totally worst banking experience

  DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Tried to cash check n they wanted two forms of id I had 4 forms and they gave me problems .. this place needs new teller workers ASAP
