- MMMarcos MendozaNov 17, 20251.0Customers rush to get there first in line. One time an aggressive person with dreads tried to assault me. Workers there can’t help with anything because they’re not informed of the basic things they offer. I have spent 2 exhausting years at the bank trying to get them to close an account. They love to add interest on every single thing you do so you can’t close an account. Basic 5th grade tasks they can do but if you get into a mess with them such as a loan they will try to have you pay for it as long as they can. Be very careful dealing with this bank.
