She made discriminatory comments about my nationality and refused to assist me even though I’m a U.S. citizen with a valid passport. She told me to go to another branch instead of helping me. Completely unacceptable behavior.

I was having a rough morning bc I lost my passport . But I did make it to my appointment on time . I was a bit unprepared and she rushed me and told me I could come back tomorrow if I wasn't prepared bc it was busy however the branch was not busy and she had available reps standing at the door . She didn't emphasize with me , she gave me a weird vibe as if I didn't belong there anyway . I was unable to open my account and she was not able to explain why all she said was there's something with your information . She made it seem like I'm trying to help you but it's not going to work anyway energy and it didn't . I didn't like my interaction I work in banking at BOA , and I didn't like my experience at all . She could've made a call to give me a better explanation as to why I couldn't open the account . She even mentioned she was not the Buisness rep anyway , and the actual business rep was busy . She gave fake and irritable / I don't recommend her or this branch . Especially if you're black .

Mr. Chino Floyd belongs to the latter group which he has shown over the last forty-five minutes, helping a seventy-seven year old navigate the Wells Fargo mobile banking app. Patience, good humor, personal attention— he has shown each quality. He is an outstanding employee.
