  This location is the worst bank I have EVER been to. Every single time I come, the customer service is AWFUL. The most unhelpful bank tellers I have ever had to deal with. 0 STARS

  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have experienced with Wells Fargo. Frankly, it has been beyond frustrating and stressful. Every time I attempt to reach a representative, I am forced to navigate through what feels like an endless, robotic answering system that leads nowhere. It is exhausting and impersonal, and it seems designed to deter customers from actually speaking with a human being. I am mentally and emotionally drained from repeatedly trying to resolve my concerns through this ineffective process. No customer should have to go through such a discouraging ordeal just to access basic assistance regarding their own money. At this point, I am seriously questioning whether I want to continue banking with Wells Fargo. I need access to real, helpful customer support—not an automated system that dismisses and frustrates me further. I strongly urge you to reevaluate your customer service approach before you lose more loyal customers like myself. I expect a response from an actual representative—not a machine.

  Every time I go to cash a check at this location they profile. They act like I stole the check and didn't work for my money. They have the worst customer service and act like your the problem. The manager threatened to call the police on me because I asked why it takes 40 minutes to cash a check. Told me to take it else where if I didn't like it.
