  The manager Irma here is the most unprofessional person. She denied access to our own safe deposit box because we didn’t have an appointment. We told her it was an emergency and appointments were weeks out. Her unwillingness to help and cooperate when she clearly saw it was an emergency is a disgrace. Wells Fargo needs to do better in hiring and training their staff.

  We have to wait 1 hours 20 minutes to use safe deposit and at that time no one is using safe deposit in bank and she made us wait for 1 hours 20 minutes, worst service from Wells Fargo bank staff

  Easy access from two cross streets, sitting on corner lot. best looking bank I've seen. trees. grass landscaped, WoW, Friendly and helpful, customer service happened to be standing at bank entry door although the routine is to sign in, nice seating area, been there twice, maybe instant or 5 minute wait time, was impressed.

  Didn't have a line or wait, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Only reason for star deduction is due to their inability to change the name on my account.
