- SAsammy arredondo3 days ago1.0Erica was very unprofessional and when i received my money it was dumped in the tube for everyone to see the amount i pulled for my commercial business. she kept talking over me while she was confusing me about the quantity i wanted to pull. if i could i would go somewhere else. just for that im closing my personal account.

- ELElizabeth LunaOct 7, 20252.0Today as Always I come wf my every month routine to buy a money order ..at first teller Erica was nice treated well, but when I asked for a copy.. the teller got a little fuzzy and made the copy, I asked her to remake the copy to align it a little.. and she when off on me saying she can't see the copy she's doing best she can because she's short, like okay, I said then she mentioned my deposit slip was missing a number,so had to get out of line to fix the problem with my paperwork, got back in line so can get the order teller that was usually nice to me, but I asked to do copy n she said to me you know this is a courtesy we do, I said I know, so I felt very bad n agitated with her remark cause I thought I was going to be treated better my suggestion to this matter is if y'all could buy them stepping stool for them to step on it, so they can see what they're doing and not fight with the customer about a copy I would have paid if I needed to but this is very important to me this copies because I'm buying a property and I have to make sure everything is correct that I can see my paperwork with out anything missing... Thankyou for this matter
