- WIwaleed idanAug 12, 20251.0Very Disappointed with Wells Fargo Branch Experience I came to open a new account for my minor daughter and arrived around 4:05 PM. After waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes, a bank employee finally approached us and said there was only one person available to help with new accounts — but she was busy with another customer. She also mentioned that opening a new account could take 45 minutes to an hour and they didn’t know when the banker would be available. Meanwhile, I noticed the banker had already printed paperwork for the customer she was supposedly helping, which means she was likely done or close to finishing. Unfortunately, they turned us away. My daughter was very upset, and I was extremely disappointed. This was my only available time — I work full-time, and she is a minor. It’s frustrating that there was no real effort made to help us or respect our time. Not the level of service I expected from a major bank.

The teller who came to the window in the commercial line (I was bringing the deposit for my job) opened the “drawer” that you put the bag in and damaged my side view mirror. He acknowledged it and apologized for it which I appreciate. However, when I pulled out of the line and checked for damage, he scuffed the white on the outside of my mirror. I tried to get it off, to no avail. I brought the manager outside to see, he says it’s too minor or it can be buffed out with a cloth. If it could’ve, it would’ve worked when I tried. They won’t do anything about the damage they did to my car. I just bought it a month ago, just made my first payment on it two days ago. This is not “normal wear and tear” like the manager is trying to claim. Wells Fargo is going to pay for the damage they did, I should not be responsible to pay for the damages they made!
