I went to the location for assistance; however, I was told by a gentleman and lady that I couldn't be helped because I did the application online. This was not done confidentially. The two associates yelled across the room without even attempting to assist me. One was at his desk, while the other was standing up. Later that night, I did receive an email from Wells Fargo stating that I could visit ANY location to help me. This was an humiliating experience.
