If you're walking in, The Hispanic Lady at the left window at the front desk was very rude. I was trying to open a checking account and I just really felt judged like I'm broke or have poor credit. Pulled up in a brand new Charger, with an 806 credit score. She was very unpleasant, wouldn't even schedule me an appointment. Told me to do it online. I definitely won't return because of her. Highly offended and unsatisfied!!

She didnt have good communication as she told me that I would need to wait 2 hours for an appointment or do it online but was wondering why cant i do it in person consider there were people at the desk with nobody. I told her is there another way or date for the application but keep telling me just do it online she then proceeded to tell my son why can't I just do it online as if I didn't understand. I left and still wasn't able to get assistanced. Unbelievable!!
