I didnt know about the requirement to schedule appointments in advance and was turned away at another location (HW6/529) already. I worked with Mr. Salazar and it turned out he was a great help, I got everything accomplished.... thanks again

Although I explained that I had an appointment in July to renew, they weren’t understanding at all. Just how Wellsfargo’s lobby’s we’re closed all through the Covid’s pandemic since March so we’re all The courts and DPS offices. Try to be more understanding of the current global situation Wells Fargo.
