- EREverett ReddicSep 9, 20251.0Not a good place to bank so far came in with account issues sign had a seat waited .. the system said i was next in line .A young man walked in spoke with teller eas having issues with his account as well . Banker rep came out to him and took care of im right away. Not sure what was the problem that he had that he got admitting help and I need to wait .... Veronica the banker at the West 43 location my be next time I need to go to the teller to get the HELP I NEED . Sohrab was able to help with my banking needs very nice and helpful Personal Banker.

He allowed my dog to come in and sit with me, not only that he even gave my dog treats. Thank you so much, it's hard to find great customer service these days. If you're at this branch location, ask for Malik.
