- JUJanice UmanaOct 30, 20231.0Horrible! We went in at 4:35 PM to open an account for my son. The teller said its too late to do that and offered to make an appointment. I declined and asked for the manager. She told me the same thing. When I asked to see that in the policy, I couldn't because it doesn't exist. So the bank manager "escalated" a complaint for me. I told her I thought it was sheer laziness on their part. This place is going down. I opened up my first of a few accounts there in the 90s. Totally different now. We made it to the Amegy bank with 5 minutes to spare and they took us right in an opened the account for us. I apologized for making it there so late and she responded with, "we're here to help whatever time you come in" And no I'm not in the habit of going into businesses near closing, I used to work retail. My son's school schedule is so tight. So I'm waiting on this call from a higher up 🙄
