No one has taken the time to go in as much detail and explain all my options and benefits the way Ryan did. I will be flying back to Houston just to do business with Ryan. He is very trustworthy and educated which is what everyone should want in a banker.

I opened an easy pay card a month ago and during hurricane Harvey was trying to use my card to buy food , pay bills and take care of very important things . Imagine my frustration when I sit down with "ms" Mira as she looks at her watch rushing me thru the process , asked me slow down while she catches her breathe (petty comments ) And at the end of everything she says there's nothing she can do to help me With more information . Do not go to this specific bank they are very rude and unprofessional !!!
