We asked her why she was late and she had a serious attitude instead of being apologetic. She told us she was the only banker there other than the two ladies (one was the manager) and she said she had to take a late lunch. We walked out and almost took our business to a completely different bank but instead went to the location on Gessner and they were much more accommodating and professional. Do not go to this location.
