His first words to me were to go on the app. He gave the impression that i'm wasting his time and he didn't want to deal with customers. He's bad at paying attention to details while trying to set up my account, He put in the wrong birthday. What do you know I got denied for something that happened eight years ago. First of all, that shouldn't even be in your system that's illegal. Even still, if me getting denied wasn't his fault. I can tell he's a child that skates around work. A waste of space

He acknowledged it was available. They called an hour before but I was unable to answer. I went to the appointment and was told that that time was not available because they had other appointments and were covering for other people. I waited as they suggested because they we re not sure if the later appointments were going to show up. So as I waited the one person went to make phone calls to see if people were going to show up. So instead of helping me for at least 30 minutes when nobody else was there for an appointment he did these phone calls. He came over later and said maybe another time. So I did make an appointment and they made it seem that it was double booked and then had nobody there. Second bad experience with this location. I will not go back again.
