- GGGeorgina GutierrezDec 6, 20251.0Today I visited this Wells Fargo branch and had an extremely disappointing experience. I cashed a check for a substantial amount, and the teller failed to inform me that the branch was low on cash. As a result, I was given only small-denomination bills, which is unacceptable for a transaction of that size. When I returned to request a correction, I was told the branch had closed at 12, that I could no longer enter, and that my only option was to leave a review. No one made any effort to assist me or offer a reasonable solution. I do not live in this area; I was only passing through and urgently needed to complete this transaction. The Wells Fargo branch I normally visit consistently provides exceptional service, with professional, well-trained, and courteous staff who treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, this location demonstrated the complete opposite. This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I sincerely hope I never have to return to this branch again.

They know they were closed for a holiday and didn't plan accordingly to staff or schedule their lunches before the lunch crowd that could not come on a bank Holiday. Only 2 tellers working and I've been here 30 minutes and still waiting.

I can understand them being shorthanded there was only two tailors, but what I don’t understand is you have One or two people standing behind the teller watching what they’re doing when you have a line almost out the Door I don’t blame the employees. I blame management very poor management what happened to customers are priority long story short don’t forget to pack a lunch if you come to this place.
