He is a great leader !! He sets the bar so high other locations need to step there game up !!! Yall go see Carlos & all the other wonderful employees at this location the teller Mrs. Donnie on the inside was so nice as well she was very helpful!!!
- JJJazzDec 22, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, I would. The personal bankers were rude, and the manager was unwilling to assist with a simple name change. Instead of helping customers in the teller line or supporting the personal bankers, she spent her time rearranging furniture and repeatedly going in and out of her office. The irony is that there is a large sign in the branch stating that their business rule is courtesy. That could not be further from my experience. To be specific, my interaction with Rosalanda and the branch management was extremely disappointing.

Being with Well Fargo for over 20yrs, this place is the worst. The reason I have to go this place is because the one closest to my house is closed. I think I should looking for another Well Fargo a bit further.
