As I had another appointment, I said I'd be happy to reschedule. They took my number and said I'd be contacted the following day by a different person. Unfortunately that didn't happen, and so now I've rescheduled for a different location next week. The staff at the front were pleasant, but management should ensure that scheduling/appointments are kept track of to respect customer's time.
