I had a very unpleasant experience at this branch. The customer service was extremely disappointing the staff were unhelpful, rude, and made the entire process stressful. I waited far too long just to be ignored, and when I finally did get assisted, my questions were dismissed like they didn’t matter. For a bank not to have no customers in there ask me to schedule appointment when I missed my appointment by 15. I left feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied. I expected better communication, respect, and basic courtesy. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone until the service improves.

PLEADE do not go to this bank. They are incompetent if you are in need of a loan or a business credit card and including the manager...
