    Okay let's start at the beginning. I can't use my card to pay for breakfast. I try to login to app and it says it's blocked and to call. I call and they say go to branch with 2 forms of id. I go to branch. They take 45mins to unlock my account and then when I ask to withdraw my funds, they told me no even though my account was sno longer blocked. I was told to come back tomorrow?? I drove to another branch and they gave me all my funds with no fuzz. This branch lied about not being able to give my money and as I told the manager this is why they have this đź’© type of reviews. They never notified, texted or called about blocking my account and they never told me why they blocked it either, and when they denied my withdrawal they didn't explain why they couldn't give me my money even though the account was ok now. So no I will not leave my money in the account and no I will not bank with an unscrupulous bank.

    I had an extremely frustrating experience at this bank due to a banker named Huan Le. I visited the branch twice to open an account. The first time, I was told they "couldn’t find" my appointment—even though I had the confirmation. I came back a second time, and again, John claimed he didn’t see my appointment—only to "miraculously" find it 10 minutes later. No apology, no explanation. On top there was no customers there, so why couldn't he take me? His tone throughout the interaction was arrogant and facetious. It felt like he was more interested in lecturing me than helping. I came prepared with all the standard documents: government-issued ID and my apartment lease. Yet he kept insisting that I needed a utility bill—specifically a water bill. If I’m leasing, I obviously don’t receive a water bill in my name. He showed zero flexibility or understanding of basic rental arrangements. What made matters worse was that he kept pushing me to apply online, even though I was standing right there at a physical branch for a reason. He also spread false or misleading information about competing banks, which was unprofessional and frankly, off-putting. I left without opening the account and will be taking my business elsewhere. If this bank is serious about customer service, they need to retrain Huan—or reconsider whether he should be in a client-facing role at all.

    Terrible experience & terrible customer service. If i could give no stars i would the reps are so rude basically told me they couldn’t help with my issue but honestly didn’t want to help me. I went to another branch & they accommodated my issue so well an communicated in 10 mins what this branch could not in 30
