    OMG!!! This branch location is so amazing. I opened a business account in Houston and ever since have been struggling to get through to anyone for help. Not one second passed before the branch manager and Aleida were on top of things. Anyway that they could help me, they were on it. I love this Truist branch. This is my new home branch.

    I had an online account and it was hacked. I was told by the help desk that I needed to either wait until the end of March or go to a branch. I was moving to Tennessee and I thought I would wait it out, then after further thinking I came to myself and thought I had a check that was going to be directly deposited. I googled it and discovered that I can make it to this location and open up another account. So I did just that.
