- JAJorge AhumadaNov 8, 20251.0I went to make a payment because I was unable to do it online and they told me that their card reader was not working and that I needed to go to Kroger to get two cashiers to pay payment. When I asked for help with the online payment, they asked for personal info. from the bank I belong to. I felt very uncomfortable. Adddditionally, they were unable to help me. I were sent back to the 1 800 number. Poor service.
