They wont cash a $20k check from their own bank even from one business to another. Nit even order the cash. The reason? Because they dont feel confortable with it. Laughable 🤣

Truist bank has been by far this my worst banking experience. I have never been more disappointed in a bank in my entire life. As a business owner I had to stop dealing with Truist they shut my personal bank account down for a transaction that they deemed fraudulent but however proceeded to shut down my business account that had nothing to do with the transaction. This branch alone held up my funds and calling the 800 there hands was strapped because of hey claimed it wasn’t much they could do because the branch started this fraudulent claim. I recently went in the bank 2 weeks ago to simply ask for my banks statements I was told it would take 2-3 days it’s been two weeks of repeated call ins to ask for them. Trust bank sucks all business owners I suggest you stay away.
