As a business owner I had to stop dealing with Truist they shut my personal bank account down for a transaction that they deemed fraudulent but however proceeded to shut down my business account that had nothing to do with the transaction. This branch alone held up my funds and calling the 800 there hands was strapped because of hey claimed it wasn’t much they could do because the branch started this fraudulent claim. I recently went in the bank 2 weeks ago to simply ask for my banks statements I was told it would take 2-3 days it’s been two weeks of repeated call ins to ask for them. Trust bank sucks all business owners I suggest you stay away.
