- JLJennifer LopezAug 7, 20251.0I’ve been calling in multiple times to try and file a gap claim. I was given a number by an employee to call allied solutions for myself to file it and I did but allied solutions said that the loan officer is supposed to be the ones doing the claim for me. So I call back and I was on hold for more than 20 min and I was given another number to call and I call and it was the wrong number. So now I’m upset and frustrated because everyone is having me going in circles. So now what am I supposed to do ? There’s a reason why I got gap for my auto loan to be paid off but no one seems to want to help me. I can file it myself , I just need the documentation needed for this ( gap contract, promissory note , payment history , etc )

Several times I've visited this location and I'm always greeted by being called in a sarcastic way "Boss!" The first time I thought it was on employees but now I see it the culture at that particular branch. I'm constantly having problems with there online banking app, ATMs, and now the unprofessionalism of the employees. Today I closed my account. Not a great experience for me.

Wouldn’t recommend others to bank here if they can’t even provide good customer service for simple transactions.
