I’ve been calling in multiple times to try and file a gap claim. I was given a number by an employee to call allied solutions for myself to file it and I did but allied solutions said that the loan officer is supposed to be the ones doing the claim for me. So I call back and I was on hold for more than 20 min and I was given another number to call and I call and it was the wrong number. So now I’m upset and frustrated because everyone is having me going in circles. So now what am I supposed to do ? There’s a reason why I got gap for my auto loan to be paid off but no one seems to want to help me. I can file it myself , I just need the documentation needed for this ( gap contract, promissory note , payment history , etc )

Been with them always 20 years it's hit or miss sometimes you got people that know what they're doing sometimes you don't.Ive have money stolen off my card twice 1000 so far I've caught a teller cheating me out of 20 dollars and I still got charges that haven't been resolved yet this will probably be the last year I'm at this bank but I'll miss Sandy most of all she has been a sweetie to me

Went in to get an item notarized and teller named Jessica, had condescending attitude made rude remark didn’t look when I was signing and overall seemed annoyed. Wouldn’t recommend others to bank here if they can’t even provide good customer service for simple transactions.

I’ve regrettably referred numerous people to this bank. If you have an unauthorized charge to your card, good luck getting help from them. They claim the process takes up to 60 days and there’s no guarantee funds will be recovered which sound like BS. This is one of 4 accounts I have. Using several banks over the years, this is the only bank I’ve found that doesn’t protect its customers. I’ve advised all I know to close their accounts and will write a review regarding the matter on any site I can find to get the word out!!!
