I was standing in line when an employee cut in front of me to conduct a personal transaction with the next available teller. How do I know it was a personal transaction you ask? The teller was offering him options of what he could do with that particular transaction! Once the transaction was completed, they continued on with their personal conversation (nothing to do with the business at hand)! Normally this wouldn’t have bothered me so much but, I’m currently undergoing chemo and normal tasks become daunting. What I’ve shared is just the latest interaction with my neighborhood location. I have other negative experiences I could share about this location and some of TDECU’s policies all together.
