- RARet Aphin4 days ago1.0Online services must be run by a toddler. The online account system constantly has errors not allowing you to pay your credit card/accounts for days. Customer service to claims its due to "user error" or "browser compatibility". No its not. Your web services are trash and cheaply managed. Will never open another account/card again with this bank. Cant wait until its paid off!

It really made the process much easier and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm attitude stood out, and I truly appreciate the excellent service she provided.

I had over $1,000+ stolen from my bank at this ATM's location and my case was denied due to "my card being used". Though my card was with me, never stolen, they still denied as they can't prove my card was copied, and can't access ATM video cameras. Completely abandoning me and their mission statement of "helping people in their financial journeys". I have gone through so many people wanting help but TDECU just does not care over the security of customers money and bank information. Truly avoid this band at all cost!

I had a late appointment that ran pasted hours of operation 🙃. My banker Giovanni worked extremely hard in getting my parper work back to finance. My auto loan was approved within 5 min. That sat he took my calls to assist while I was at the dealership. Answered all my questions and also made himself available during the process for any questions or concerns I had . ** All this was needed for me. i was stressed after an accident totaling my last SUV. Geo is a 10 star banker , Javier is a great manager.. Thank you all @ this location. Best experience i have had in customer service standards in possibly 10 + years.
