It really made the process much easier and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm attitude stood out, and I truly appreciate the excellent service she provided.
- ERElizabeth ReyesAug 20, 20251.0If I could give negative stars I would, TDECU has forsaken me and my fraud case. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! I had over $1,000+ stolen from my bank at this ATM's location and my case was denied due to "my card being used". Though my card was with me, never stolen, they still denied as they can't prove my card was copied, and can't access ATM video cameras. Completely abandoning me and their mission statement of "helping people in their financial journeys". I have gone through so many people wanting help but TDECU just does not care over the security of customers money and bank information. Truly avoid this band at all cost!
