  I was trying to make a call to the location noone seem to answer the phone just wanted to make sure it was open before I made a blank trip to the location . When I pulled up it was 11:39 all the blinds were closed as if the location was closed for the day .I almost drove off thinking it was closed so I decided to loop back around again just to make sure then I saw the tubes were still left out so I said to myself they have to be open. And low and behold they were . I fell as if they should not close the blinds like that it sends off a sign as if they are closed because I was literally driving off I have pictures to prove how closed the blinds were.

  I was with a very large, unhelpful, impersonal bank who didn't have my best interest at heart. I also had a friend who was treated very badly in a business transaction by the same large bank and that was the catalyst that finally caused me to make the move to Prosperity Bank. I truly wonder now why I waited. I deal with Copperfield, Cypress, and even Navasota locations. Always a good experience
