It's a very good branch that I like to visit when I need to go inside for transactions. Also, this branch has a very good drive-thru. One of my preferred location for Prosperity Bank.
- CWCaroline WHITEOct 2, 20221.0I went in to deposit a cheque into my account. Since I never had an issue with any other branches I trusted that my transaction would be smooth and honest as normal. Not until 45 minutes later after leaving the bank i checked my online account to find out my deposit was short $220. I hastily went back to the bank to rectify the problem knowing this was intentionally done by the teller. ( The Hispanic Lady with the short blond/brown hair).When I spoke to the manager the deposit slip had the correct amount written down but when it came to updating my account its $220 short🙄 and he has the AUDACITY to say it was an honest mistake... NO SIR IT WASN'T AND YOU KNOW IT...This teller literally tried to steal my hard earned money.. A THIEF IN DISGUISE...People please pay attention to your banking transactions especially when dealing with these bank tellers...I love prosperity bank but ill never go back to this location..SICKENING!!!!! Imagine how many customers they abuse.
