- LLLouieOct 29, 20185.0I have been dealing with their employee, Nicole Gomez for several years. I just recently learned that she is now at this location. SHE IS THE BEST. go see her and find out for yourself. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and cares about her customers.
- WRWes RoseFeb 16, 20181.0This bank dose not deserve to be open. Rudy and Trish are the worst example of a bank employee. First off Rudy, The bank officer with a crappy attitude was the worst customer service rep. I ever have seen. His sneer and smart a** remarks was letting me know that my banking needs would never be met. Then there is the enabler Trish... She is the so called bank manager that disappeared when I was registering my complaint about not getting my "Online Banking" online. In stead they turn me over to Rudy, the guy with the ugly attitude. Customer service line was no help either. Long story short DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME! This bank SUCKS! Along with all there employees...

Or at least a banking version of the TV show, "Cheers"... Did I forget to mention the free coffee, cookies and candy? Sometimes free pizza, and wonderful Christmas parties! Plus, all the banking services are 5 star too. LOVE THIS BANK!

- EEErika ElizabethJul 18, 20161.0There are No, I repeat No online banking mobile deposit services for the firtst 6 months you are their customer :-( They also say it takes 10 business days to receive an atm or debit card. For as out dated as that is, I was even less impressed after 8 weeks of complaining I had never received a replacement card ever..... The bank has No weekend hours... so with no mobile banking or debit cards you are basically screwed from Friday when they close to Monday when they open... You also can't enter the building at this location because the doors are permanently locked and you have to ring a door Bell for about 3 minutes before an employee gets off their rear to open the door... They also lack a proper drive thru banking as well.. oi vey! I tried to close my account but they said I had to pay off the fraud on the account first... blah... It's like banking in the stone age! No Thank you!!
