- TPTri Pham2 days ago1.0We came in the branch to open CD. However, we would like to leave it for our sister who is also the co-owner of the account to manage since she is local in Texas. The banker said that she would send us the electronic application through Docusign. We waited for 2 days and nothing came through email. We called again and she said that she had to ask her manager if it was possible to open CD and sign application electronically. We continued to wait for another couple of weeks and nobody called or emailed us if it was possible or not. It showed poor communication and customer service at this branch. They didn’t appreciate their loyal customer (about 20 years using Prosperity Bank). We decided to move most of our money (real estate sale money) to other bank.
