  I would like to make this a zero but it's not possible. I parked at this location because I got an emergency call and this was the closest location to pull over from. A security guard kept staring at me and then walked over to me and asked if I was okay. I said I have to take this call I'm on the phone. The security guard stated I couldn't park here. Which I thought was weird because this is a bank and not private property. Secondly, what if I was a potential client and wanting to go in or research their website in the parking lot before going in but being asked to not be able to park at a bank for maybe 10 minutes or less to be safe and pull over is ridiculous. The security guard didn't even explain why I couldn't park here and there were no signs stating members only or anything like that. I've parked at many banks before receiving a phone call or simply trying to look for directions from the gps and never had a problem. This interaction with the security convinced me that this bank doesn't treat potential clients well if they're asking people that they are not able to park here and no explanation.

  I went to deposit a money, I parked, I needed to count the money and I didn't even have 2 minutes in the car, I was approached by a security to tell me I can't park there, I told him I'm going to deposit a money I need to count it, he tells me to hurry, well the security but if you check the cameras I didn't have even 2 minutes, I had to go down to deposit, fortunately it's not where I have my account, and to be the first time, it will be the last. Since they don't have zelle I had the misfortune of having to go.

  Banking, like many other businesses is about people. If there are good people, this is a good bank. Let me tell you something about the team over here at Moody. From the security guard all the way up to the branch manager.. these people are amazing. I was not a customer (but will be soon), my vehicle broke down and I managed to get into their parking lot. From the second I pulled in these folks were kinda and courteous. Offered to help asked if I needed anything, wanted me to set up inside so I could work while waiting on a tow truck. You really don't find good honest and amazing people like this anymore. They were truly respectful and honestly wanted to help me. I think this is what we should all look for, not only in a great bank, but every aspect of our lives. I wanted to make sure this team knew the awesome impact they had on me and how amazing they are. Funny enough I really enjoyed meeting you all and what could have been a terrible day, turned out to be on of the days I look back on and smile. So thank you all for being great people, would be friends, and future banking buddies! I appreciate you all. So if you need to find a bank that treats you like family, welcomes you in, and takes care of your every need no matter what it is. Look bo further, this is the bank that makes you feel at home. Go in and see for yourself!
