Manager (Ms. Mondragon) at branch did not allow me to close my account because I received a deposit bonus and the account was too "new". I opened my bank account nearly 9 months ago and nothing in the terms of the bonus said I had to keep the account open for a certain amount of time. I called the national customer support number and they said it was fine and closed my account. The manager at this branch is a LIAR!
