  Horrible experience-stopped at this branch to get a replacement card- and this is my go to location- OMG-waited almost an hour, one man entered in front of me the teller was helping him, she asked me to sit and she’d be with me shortly. All the while another banker was in her office just sitting there, after waiting almost 35mins. I FINALLY was assisted asked to give my id, then called into her office to create a replacement card. While I was being helped- can you believe the banker who was in her office sitting there the entire time I waited immediately got up to assist another customer that walked through the door! Anyway-finished getting my card, then to come home and get phone calls that my license was left!! She did not return my id, so I had to drive all the way back to get it. I’ve been banking with guaranty for a while now- some other experiences I’ve let go by: for example: when my account was compromised it took almost a week to get the reimbursement, was not instant. I’m truly thinking about changing banks.

  My vehicle was totaled, after 3 months of waiting on this check to arrived. Sept 26,24 I went and bought a cashier check from this GB&T location for the amount of 5,000. I did not agree with several things so I changed my mind and did not purchase any vehicle in Houston Texas. Not even 24 hours of purchasing this cashier check I called it in to a bank closer to me cuz Houston is like 3 1/2 hours away from my house. But I was advised to call the Houston branch and the same employee that sold me the cashier check was the one to put a stop to it due to it being lost (Diego) is his name. Went out of town and when got back I just had a feeling to call the bank to see the status on the lost check and come to find out Diego lied to me the cashier check was cashed out!!!!! Like every one is going through rough times, and then to hear the run around and excuses and not evening trying to see what is going on or why this cashier check was cashed out 😭😔😭 some one needs to get there job done correctly or get some one else in ur position!!!!! I have been with this bank since 2015 and tried to get a loan for 1,500 yesterday and I needed calarol in order to get a loan! If some one would have done there job I wouldn't be in this position a big big shout out to you MR DIEGO WAY TO GO
