- KNKevin NewmanDec 2, 20201.0I was with the previous bank they bought out for years. Once they took over it was downhill from there. Gets really old to find added fees on your statement. Time to move on. Not sure this is the small local bank it used to be.

Meanwhile, my husband used a national bank and has been waiting for weeks. On top of that, the location is great and very accessible in the Galleria area ! Would definitely recommend.
