- LSL. sandersJan 2, 20265.0I have been with the FSCU for almost 9 years now and I must say that they are truly for their members. However, I am writing this review to let you know about, Gloria, at the Eldridge location. I have not been able to use my Zell account since the new digital banking upgrade. Long story short, I have been trying to get it fixed for the longest, and I stopped by the branch today feeling defeated and anxious because I have some upcoming payments that I make with my Zell, so I told Gloria what I have been experiencing and that I didn't have time to sit there for it to be "looked" into, so she told me that she was going to handle it and call me by end of business day. Not only did she keep her word, but she called advising me that the thorn in my side (my Zell not working) has been plucked/ fixed!! I am over the moon happy and very very grateful to Gloria for her efficiency, commitment to fixing this matter, her professional knowledge and following up with me like she said she would!! Gloria is a living, breathing and walking example of quality customer service at its finest!!!

- AKArmand KNov 28, 20251.0I am beyond furious with this branch. I deposited cash at the Eldridge Houston ATM 9 days ago, and the machine literally took my money and gave me nothing. Since then, I have called nonstop, gone to the branch in person, and spoken directly with the manager, Isabel Gutierrez—and all I’ve gotten is excuses and indifference. She sent me an ATM dispute form, which I signed immediately, but still refused to release my money. I told her clearly that I needed the money for medicine and Thanksgiving groceries, and she acted like it didn’t matter. There was zero care, zero urgency, and zero compassion. This happened at their own ATM, at their branch, and yet they’re dragging this out like it’s optional. A situation like this should be handled in 48 hours or less, not over a week. Instead, they’ve left me without access to my own cash and without any real help. the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. I had to wait two weeks, go down to the branch in person, and call almost every single day just to chase what should have been a straightforward resolution. The branch manager showed zero compassion throughout the process, which only added to the stress. I finally got the cash 2 weeks after No customer should have to fight this hard to get their own money back. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic empathy was appalling, and it left me with no confidence in how issues are managed.
