Not only did it decline but when I checked my account I was negative 99 MILLION !! Don’t believe me ? Check out my screenshot pic !!! Called 800 number all they could tell me is to call the branch in the AM ! 😡 never have I ever had some crazy bs like this happen to me !

I continued my direct deposit for my paychecks for over 3 months. In the end, they refused my bonus. Wells Bank awarded my bonus using the same teacher direct deposit process. First Horizon had no problem investing my paychecks during my bonus period, telling me everything was satisfactory. I've attached that message:

They are sending out mailers offering cash bonuses to open accounts with them and set up direct deposit, but fail to deliver on the cash bonus once the offer requirements have been met. I contacted customer service about this issue over a month ago, and they have still not provided any resolution.
