On a busy weekend before a major holiday Lois was calm & careful as she completed my transactions and always that way, patiently determining that each item is as requested. Blessings Lois, and all FCCU staff. We’re thankful for all of you.

Their banking system is trash. You CANNOT update your phone unless you go into a branch or online. You can't do it online because you don't have a email registered. I'm HERE trying to delete a phone that I no longer have and they can't do it. I can't do it myself because it sends a verification to the number I DON'T HAVE ANYMORE!!!!!!! So I left work early to deal with this but they cannot seem to fix their issues and people wonder why they get 1 star reviews.

I made a trip to make adjustments to my account for monthly transfers for my grandson. I had the pleasure of being seen by Adriel Nunez. He was able to handle adjustments, address changes quickly & efficiently. I’m so glad , because he was the person who helped me navigate a new account for my 3 yr old grandson( last year). Thank you FCCU for having such a great asset to your bank .

Trying to close a POD account that was opened by mother at Westview branch and have just been informed that I will have to drive to Timbuktu main office to close account. Other choice is regular mail. Didn’t even offer to send a check overnight express mail. Sister lives out of state so I guess she will have to risk USPS and lose interest for the time it takes to arrive.

Edit again: the only thing that got this removed was naming the account something rude. DO NOT OPEN CREDIT CARDS HERE. they tell you to do everything online and do not actually want to assist. Veronica and Yazmin are two of the most inept customer service reps I've met in my life. I work customer service and filling out paperwork was not this difficult. I work 8-5 on the phones and they refuse to call me when I am not actively on the clock myself regardless of the times I told them not to call me before 5 for literally nothing.
Edit: the manager Veronica reached out to me to make an appointment and apologize. I told her we can find time next week to meet. Little did I know she opened a secured savings account for me under my profile and moved money into it without my consent. I am now forced to leave work again to go to this office. These people are horrible.
Yazmin Martinez met with me about opening a card this last Friday about a credit card. Many reps have tried to file for an unsecured card for me in spite of this being my first one (whoops) and having 0 credit history First Community will not give you one if you make near poverty wages for obvious reasons. She ignored me and my guest when we said we have the $500 to put down that day Friday for a secured card. 5 days later I get an email about being approved for a loan I did not ask for and yahoo reads all hyperlinks and it said it was for a 5 year mortgage. I had the displeasure of receiving a call from Yazmin about the secured card and when I expressed displeasure with receiving an email about a loan she told me it's not true and it should be a standard approval email for a card.... Apparently she has absolutely nobody else in her building that can discuss this with me in spite of being in a VP position. Completely unprofessional. Horrible experience.
