I’ve been a first community member since 1999 and am very disappointed and upset of the way this bank has handled my dispute of them taking my money and not wanting to give it back. On New Year’s Eve at 2138 hrs of 2025 I went to my banks atm on FM 529 and requested $200 from the atm only to receive $20 in single dollar bills from the atm & the receipt showing I took out $200 in which I only received $20, I immediately called the banks after hours line and informed the operator of what was going on she said she’d notate my account and someone would call me back on Friday when the bank opened up again. 1100 am came around and still no call back so I called the bank and spoke to another teller which said that there were no notes in my account about what happened on New Year’s Eve so she notated and told me to go to the branch asap, which I did and did a dispute with the bank employee Humberto at the bank in which he informed me that I wasn’t the only person this had happened to these past few days. He told me that someone should be in touch with me by Monday and everything should be resolved. Monday came around and no money back in my account and nobody contacted me so I called them back just for the rep to tell me that to keep an eye out for my reimbursement by that night or Tuesday, Tuesday comes around and still no money & no communication from the bank so I called again and the rep Christian said he’d notate my account again and that either the bank manager or assistant manager would call me but nobody did. I called again today and the rep Annie informs me that it’s been escalated but is unable to give me a direct line to talk to the branch manager and to just wait. I’m so done waiting for my money $180 if this has happened to you too please respond to me because we need to do something about getting our money back, I’ve still got the atm receipt and the same $20 single bills the atm dispersed and I’ve let everyone I’ve talked to know about this, so let me know who can help me please thanks
