- BMBaby Mccullar3 days ago1.0This new branch is a huge step backward. They removed every in-person teller and expect everyone to rely on machines that require multiple layers of ID verification just to access basic services. To withdraw money from my partner credit union, I now have to use my phone, take photos of myself and my driver’s license, and jump through hoops just to get a code for their machine. It’s completely unrealistic for parents, elderly customers, anyone with limited mobility, or frankly anyone who doesn’t want to stage a whole photo shoot just to get their money. I was unable to juggle all of this while holding a toddler and have to go back tomorrow. I will be looking for a different partner bank as this one has made banking more complicated, less personal, and far less accessible. Absolutely disappointed.

DeAndre was the lead on the loan — he is 1st class !!!!! Definitely recommend doing business with the bank & this group of professionals!!!!

I was having problems with the automated system, trying to pay an auto loan that I have with FCCU. She walked me through step-by-step how to navigate the portal and also assisted me with taking care of the payment while on the phone, which she did not have to do. I want to thank her and the FCCU staff there for being amazing.

Stayed on hold for about 10 minutes to see if my payment went through to get disconnected with no return phone call. There system has been down all week. When I call last week they couldn't tell me when it would be back up. No it's Monday and the phone and system still not working...OMG. This is very frustrating 😤
