Permanently closed and relocated to Costco parking lot. New location does not have human tellers. After 15+ years of being a FCCU customer I am shopping for a new credit union.

My teller, Kevin was fantastic. This new location however, is not. It’s beautiful and all that jazz, but removing the service line like the previous location in favor of the e-check in is not only rude to the customer, but inefficient. Same amount of staff on duty with several standing around doing nothing while the lobby fills. This is for the new Tomball location btw, not champions. The QR code led to the wrong one.

Totally incompetent systems and unaccountable credit union across the board. They offer extensions, the system allows you to do it but they DO NOT provide or automate follow ups at all so you can plan your expenses. Inexcusable in 2025 to have systems this archaic handling your money. I go over the phone while requesting for clarity and to double check and they STILL screw it up and this is why paying for the SCAM breathe easy program for $5 each month which is supposed to make things easier. Because they can’t get their communication systems in order and can’t confirm things verbally with accuracy, I have to talk to collections for their failure to email a confirmation or denial and depending on the call center.
Call me, I am a memeber that is tired of this rodeo this year while I give these people money.
