It’s beautiful and all that jazz, but removing the service line like the previous location in favor of the e-check in is not only rude to the customer, but inefficient. Same amount of staff on duty with several standing around doing nothing while the lobby fills. This is for the new Tomball location btw, not champions. The QR code led to the wrong one.
