When I call these are the most rudest and very disrespectful people ever online. Just to make a payment they give me hell. I’m hoping my mother finds another finance company for her vehicle bc they are the worse. One month it’s okay then the next it’s always an ongoing issue just to make a payment then the payment goes into the shared account and it won’t allow you to transfer and neither of us wants to deal with them. She called them and they told her she wasn’t her because she changed her phone number and no longer has her old one., so she asks me to deal with them. Worse thing ever…. This financial institution is a joke. Please read these reviews before dealing with them.
