By the time someone came around to start helping customers, a very long line had formed and the check in process is apparently just for show because there was no effort made to keep an orderly method of helping people.

- AGAngela Green-HodgesOct 4, 20251.0This location is near my home. I joined because there used to be one on Eldridge. I frequently shop in that shopping strip. At the great access. The location near my home is the worst-case of dealing with everything possible. There always issues with the ATM machines, there is people lurking around it. If you have to go at night be careful. It's lights are not bright enough for the spots around it a person can be lurking. I hate I have make deposits late at night. Next why do they have that big building and not one teller inside. You can't go in and withdraw money from your account. The person that was in the lobby greated me ever so cheerfully. I told her why I was there. She only told I'm sorry this location does not have tellers. She did not offer to tell me where the nearest location with a teller was. She just kept I'm so sorry we couldn't help you. Someone please make it make sense. If they're not gonna be able to do other things outside of open accounts, loans etc. Why have a building that big. Its never anyone there. Sad part is they don't have that many locations with tellers inside. Who made that dumb executive decision. Some of us still love the friendly face of the tellers helping us.
