- OVOYASITA VERANov 10, 20251.0Muy mala atención al cliente, !!acabo de ir a ese banco de capital One y una señorita morena delegada , ni siquiera tiene la actitud de atender a nadie , una actitud pésima , fui hacer si me podían ayudar para aplicar para una tarjeta de crédito y solo porq no hablo inglés, al parecer eso la incomodó muchísimo , se veía molesta y sin nada de ganas de ayudarte, le pregunté si había alguien más q hablara español y me dijo q no!!, pero había otro muchacho de atención al cliente q yo sé q hablaba español,!!, este tipo de personas deberían de correrlas, por su arrogancia y mala actitud al cliente, !!,en verdad me sentí totalmente discriminada.

By the time someone came around to start helping customers, a very long line had formed and the check in process is apparently just for show because there was no effort made to keep an orderly method of helping people.
