It’s one of the two locations in houston that do it. maybe it’s tied to business hours. or something to do with crime. edit: lowered to 1 star on account of my last visit to the ATM. the screen was stuck on Just A Moment, and 3 people went through before learning it was bugged. Worst location to go to if you’re looking for reliable service. You’re just rolling the dice when you visit this location.

I went to the counter initially to pay on my credit card and asked him if my payment would post the same day. He said it would post the next day, then he said to me if I made a payment using the ATM machine, it would post the same day. Jalen was extremely helpful. I am 66 years old and I am not savvy with all the new technologies these days. He then personally came from behind the booth and assisted me at the ATM machine with making my payment. Thank you Jaylen for all your help. I really appreciate you! ❤️
