I originally called Dylan because Corporate was not producing canceled checks from only about a year ago but I had a closed account and I couldn’t get into my account so I needed them to help me with that, but I couldn’t wait. I had to attach these canceled checks to legal papers right away. I called Terica at Alden Westfield branch and she coordinated with Mohammed at the Cinco Ranch branch, which is closer to me than her branch and I was able to pick them up and go right over and have them notarized and filed with the courts. It was seamless. She’s amazing. She’s smart and she cares. And that’s really the most important things with Customer Service—Smart, caring and being able to think out of the box and come up with a solution…that’s why the client is calling you—for help. I was very pleased and thankful!!! PS just as I was leaving the house Dylan called me back, willing to help!!! All around Excellent experience.❤️🙏👍🏻
