  I’ve been a long time customer of Capital One and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in around 9am (only customer there) and a bunch of employees were there behind the glass talking and wasn’t greeted once. When I went up to the window I was met with terrible attitudes and poor customer service. Took my business elsewhere.

  So my daughter has a account here I have one and today someone too 800 pit of her account this is the second time this has happened to her the other time they took over a 1000 I'll be paying that Nanking a visit to report it or close both our accounts this is ridiculous and enough is enough with this

  Very helpful staff and fast . Only thing is that they are closing in January for no apparent reason. The banks are weaving out now and less banks to go to . But overall the staff was very helpful..

  Wasted an hour waiting to open an account. One person was helped who was in line after we had already waited 30 min. The bankers stopped calling names 30 min before closing but didn’t notify us that we would not be seen today. Seems like staff are reluctant to help close to closing, but don’t turn people away, just recommend doing it online, which we did but still had to come in due to some issue, so there is a lot of people waiting for nothing. Edit: Juana saw us after 5 pm and was extremely helpful and nice. Changing review solely because of her. Staff could improve communication, we weren’t updated or assured once the entire wait time.
