- FMF MNov 12, 20254.0Very helpful staff and fast . Only thing is that they are closing in January for no apparent reason. The banks are weaving out now and less banks to go to . But overall the staff was very helpful..

The bankers stopped calling names 30 min before closing but didn’t notify us that we would not be seen today. Seems like staff are reluctant to help close to closing, but don’t turn people away, just recommend doing it online, which we did but still had to come in due to some issue, so there is a lot of people waiting for nothing. Edit: Juana saw us after 5 pm and was extremely helpful and nice. Changing review solely because of her. Staff could improve communication, we weren’t updated or assured once the entire wait time.
